Brandon Leach
Designated Broker and Co-founder
Phoenix native and proud Brophy College Preparatory alumnus. I earned my real estate degree from Arizona State University before launching my career in commercial real estate at Grubb & Ellis, followed by a role at Cresa, the global leader in tenant representation.
In recent years, my wife and I founded Sherpa CRE, our independent firm dedicated to delivering expert, client-focused commercial real estate solutions in the Valley and beyond. We’re passionate about guiding businesses through complex transactions with integrity, insight, and a true partnership approach.
Brittany Boen
Sales Person and Co-founder
Brittany grew up in Colorado and moved to Arizona to pursue degrees in Supply Chain Management and Finance from Arizona State University.
After a nearly 20 year career as a supply chain and data analytics professional, she decided to make a change in her career. She is now a licensed sales person and is putting her business experience into building this company with her husband.
